The Ladies’ Book Club
Women reading and discussing books. Meets the first Monday of each month at 1:00 p.m. in the room 245 at St. John’s United Methodist Church. They read a different book each month and will be reading:
- November 1 “News of the World” by Paulette Jiles
- December 8 “The Lions of Fifth Avenue” by Fiona Davis
- January 3 “The Lincoln Highway” by Amor Towles
- February 7 “The Music of Bees” by Eileen Garvin
- March 7 “The Thursday Murder Club” by Richard Osman
Needle Arts
The ladies’ Needle Arts group meets the second and fourth Fridays of each month from 10:00 am – noon in room 241, 2nd floor of St. John’s United Methodist Church. The group works on charity projects (prayer shawls, World Vision knitting patterns (Click HERE for pattern), wash cloths for the shut-ins, etc.) in addition to individual projects. No experience or skill is required.

Quilting Group
Meets the second Friday at 1:00 p.m. and all day on the fourth Saturday of each month, in room 241, St. John’s United Methodist Church, to make articles for charity, work on our own UFOs (UnFinished Objects) and learn new techniques. No experience or skill is required.
